Time has come to make a stand. We have seen 20 years of government doing. You have seen it all Democrats are in favor of the Workforce, the Republicans in favor of the Rich. Is a final analysis, stereotyping whatever you want to call it. We have voted and failed to pick the best candidate for the job. People that get elected don’t have the idea or the feeling of what is to live one paycheck away. Or to eat one meal in the whole day. What does it feel to be poor? I don’t know either but I have an idea. One afternoon, I had no more cash in my wallet, my bank account was in negative, I was one day away to get my routine weekly paycheck. What is good for I need it this day? That day I walked the streets looking for a nickel to complete a $1.50 train fair to at least get home and go to sleep. It took hour and me or so until I found a quarter in the corner, I felt ashamed to beg for change. I slept without eating dinner. I got home I felt relieved, I found enough change to make it back to work the next morning. This was a big experience to me, to feel useless when cash was obsolete. I felt anxious, desperate and sick. Is not a good picture. This was only a glimpse of what it really is. Not even a 1-% of the real deal on being poor. BUT SCARY, for the first time I felt hopeless and useless. I said to me, “please God not again”. A reason why now I want to open a homeless shelter in New York but because we have this Twins Tower episode the government is broke to give HUD $1 properties. Is on hold till new advice. Thanks to the Republicans we are in this situation, GUYS WAR IS NOT AN ANSWER TO BOOST THE ECONOMY, BECAUSE OF THIS NOW my dreams to the shelter are darkened, I can walk away and forget about it but no, I will keep trying even if I die in the process, I have a dream and I ill do it. EIGHT’ YEARS OF PROSPERITY TO TOSS IT ALL AWAY IN 9 MONTHS, what people were thinking when they elected a republican to office. As soon we knew in December 2000 he won, the market started plunging, investors knew what it was coming next. PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID TO SEE WHATS HAPPENING, THE STORY REPEATS ITSELF…Republicans are back in office to brake and shake. April 2001, the Dow Jones falls 600 points in a week. More in June, people didn’t knew but it was a “market depression”. GM laying off 10,000 workers, ATT let go 20,000 workers, companies merging from left to right, (Time Warner and AOL), Compaq went bankrupt, bought by Hewlett-Packard. WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY PEOPLE, DON’T YOU SEE THE DAMAGE DONE ??? MORE THAN ONE MILLION JOBS GONE FOR GOOD, OUR MARKET PLUNGING, NO MORE HELP FOR POOR OR FOR THE HOMELESS, you can say I don’t care, republicans say the same. They don’t give a damn. FOREING COUNTRIES HAVE WASHED THE HANDS WITH US… EVERY TIME REPUBLICANS ARE IN POWER ALWAYS SOMETHNG HAPPENDS AND IT HAPPENDS IN A LARGE MAGNITUDE, SEE FOR YOURSELF… Reagan gets here, a pretty boy, he starts cutting all federal programs for kids, aftercare and homeless. YMCA cried for help. He left the nation in bad shape, he forgot to raise the salary of teachers but yet HE talks about a 900 billion dollars project for Star Wars. Bush senior, brings a cold war to favorite his re-election but fails to bring the head of Sadam Hussein. Oliver North is permitted to sell guns to Iraq, big case in court but nothing resolved. READ MY LIPS NO NEW TAXES (Bush, senior),,,,, PLEASE WHAT AN IDIOT I AM, I TRUSTED HIM…BUT he raises my taxes the following year. WHAT A JOKE PEOPLE…if it wasn’t for ROSS PEROT.. Republicans will had still be in power, we vote for them in fear of been shot, they are the big daddy with a gun that protect us from wars, [ but do they create wars?? ]. Ross spent more than $40 million of his money to make a statement, he stolen 30% of the votes witch gave Clinton a clear avenue to win. A democrat, a humble man that came from a single mother family, gave us 8 years of prosperity and hope. I repeat his words in one of his speeches, “A man is equal to all in the eyes of God”. Clinton, he did his mistakes, ok his human, don’t we all make mistakes?? He gave us 8 years of hope and he balanced the national dept. I CURSE THE DAY BUSH CAME IN POWER, HE PULL US BACK TO WERE WE STARTED. I HOPE THE CUBANS ARE HAPPY FOR ELIAN’S CASE you voted against Gore to pay for Clinton’s vengeance but for what. To bring BUSH family back??. I hope you Floridians Retirees eat garbage when Bush starts tapping on your Social security checks. Gore the Environmentalist, the robot personality, not so. A personality that we need neutral, hard to hurt the best man to handle stress. He promises to bring up the “clean Air rule” to the industry. With clean air we will perform better, much less pollution, a cancer free environment. The ozone layer we always hear is decaying, once is gone we will burn to death. Look what we toss away; scrap metal, we got tons in the landfills, Why dig holes looking for metal, when we have some right in our face. We are all in turmoil for 3 more years. Is time to be sure for who we vote, to pick the pretty Rich boy or the Average Joe who try it best with his struggling budget. As long as Republicans are in power there will be no peace. On the next election vote no for Republicans but yes for Democrats. Like I said lets elect those that can really work for us and not vote for those that use war to eliminate population for then bring job opportunities up.
